Leg of Mutton Canvas Gun Case

A traditional, old-school gun case, made in the UK from hard-wearing canvas to accommodate a 12 bore shotgun.

Unlined and lightweight, its principal advantage is portability. Unlike a conventional full-length gun slip, the Leg of Mutton design accommodates a broken-down shotgun, making it far easier to stow in confined spaces, particularly in the car.

When empty, the soft canvas folds away neatly. A wonderfully practical piece of traditional British shooting equipment.
