UK Delivery
For parcels up to 2kg, we use Royal Mail tracked delivery, calculated automatically at checkout. For orders over 2kg, DHL Express ensures swift and secure delivery.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide via DHL to guarantee smooth, trackable deliveries. Charges are based on volumetric weight, with the cost shown at checkout.
Customers in Europe
We send Delivery Duty Paid. VAT is charged at checkout based on your location. Your order will ship via DHL Express (Duties & Taxes Paid), meaning all import duties and taxes are covered upfront—nothing more to pay upon delivery.
Customers in the USA
We send Delivery Duty Paid. From August 29, the US $800 de minimis threshold will no longer apply. Tariffs will be charged on all shipments. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, all orders will be shipped via DHL Express (Duties & Taxes Paid), at a flat rate of $40. This means all duties and import taxes are paid upfront—there’s nothing more to pay upon delivery.
Customers outside Europe and USA
VAT is not charged at checkout. Local VAT and duties will be payable upon delivery and are non-refundable. DHL will contact you directly to settle these charges.
