Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund. If you would like an alternative size or colour we ask that you place an entirely new order with us in order to secure the stock.
Returns must be made within 14 days (UK-based customers), 21 days (EU-based customers) or 28 days (other customers).
At Christmas time we are happy to extend the returns period to allow for relaxed gift giving.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, in original condition, with protective packaging. We cannot accept returns of garments with strong odours, like smoke, cooking or perfume, or that are excessively crumpled.
Process
Log in to your Campbell’s of Beauly account to initiate a self-serve return or complete the returns form enclosed with your order. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
UK Returns
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are unable to accept liability for any items lost or damaged in transit.
International Returns
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. To avoid delays and unnecessary customs charges, please clearly label both the package and the airway bill with BRITISH RETURN GOODS. We cannot refund customs fees.
