Use the same courier your order was delivered with to generate your returns label; DHL returns are £15 (UK) or £35 (International) while UK returns via Royal Mail are free to send with a £4 handling fee deducted from your refund.
For DHL returns, please include a # at the beginning of your order number, e.g: #COB12345.
