For parcels up to 2kg, we use Royal Mail tracked delivery, calculated automatically at checkout. For orders over 2kg, DHL Express ensures swift and secure delivery.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide via DHL to guarantee smooth, trackable deliveries. Charges are based on volumetric weight, with the cost shown at checkout.
Customers in European Union
We send Delivery Duty Paid. VAT is charged at checkout based on your location. Your order will ship via DHL Express (Duties & Taxes Paid), meaning all import duties and taxes are covered upfront—nothing more to pay upon delivery.
Customers in the USA
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, all orders will be shipped via DHL Express (Duties & Taxes Paid). This means all duties and import taxes are paid upfront—there’s nothing more to pay upon delivery.
Customers in Canada
We ship to Canada via DHL Express using Delivery Duty Paid, meaning all duties and import taxes are paid upfront—nothing more to pay upon delivery.
Canadian customers can now choose between two options at checkout: Delivery Duty Paid (pre-paid duties) or standard shipping, depending on your preference.
Customers in Non-EU Countries & Rest of World
VAT is not charged at checkout. Local VAT and duties will be payable upon delivery and are non-refundable. DHL will contact you directly to settle these charges.
